Monthly bookkeeping pricing covers transaction volume and bank account count only. The following are excluded:
- Tax preparation or tax advice (we coordinate with your CPA)
- Audit representation
- Cash handling
- Paying employees on your behalf
- Accounts payable execution (paying your bills)
- Accounts receivable collections
- Inventory, loans, sales-tax filings
Payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable are available as separate, case-by-case engagements when it makes sense for both sides. Quoted independently of monthly bookkeeping.

Monthly bookkeeping starts at $200/month: Solo at $200 (up to 50 transactions, 2 accounts), Small Business at $350 (up to 150 transactions, 3 accounts, recommended), Growing at $500 (up to 300 transactions, 4 accounts), and Multi-Account at $1,000 (up to 600 transactions, 6 accounts). Every tier includes monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, brief monthly analysis, and quarterly KPI benchmarking by a QuickBooks Gold Tier ProAdvisor.
Every tier delivers a Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet, and bank reconciliation summary monthly, plus a brief written analysis identifying the key drivers slowing or accelerating your business. Quarterly we deliver an industry KPI benchmark so you know how your business compares to peers in your sector. All tiers include a year-end CPA-handoff package so your tax preparer has clean books ready by February.
The Bookkeeper Guy onboards new Phoenix-metro clients within 7 business days of signed engagement. Week one: QBO access, chart of accounts review, bank feed verification. Week two: first reconciliation cycle. Month two: full monthly bookkeeping under the tier you selected. If your QBO file requires cleanup first, that's scoped separately under our catch-up pricing (monthly tier × months behind ÷ 2).
The Bookkeeper Guy handles multi-revenue and higher-volume operations under the Growing tier ($500/month, up to 300 transactions across 4 accounts) or Multi-Account ($1,000/month, up to 600 transactions across 6 accounts).
